The Rules

1. Make up a list of things to do at the beginning of your day.
2. You may not add to this list throughout the day for the purpose of gaining extra points, so be thorough.
3. Your list can include habits you want to break (i.e. things you would like to stop doing)
4. The day starts when you wake up. It ends when you go to sleep. You are absolutely forbidden from being productive while you sleep.
5. Each thing on your list that you complete is worth a certain amount of XP. If you complete everything on your list, give yourself two bonus points.
6. XP can be traded for LP on an increasing scale. LP for the first level, Pond Scum, can be bought for 10 XP. LP for the subsequent levels will increase in price by 5 XP each level.
7. If you get 10 LP, you can level up to become a Human Bean. I will make up titles for the other levels as they are needed.

Types of Goals:

Goals can be classified as tiny, medium, or large, according to the amount of time they take to complete.

Tiny goals are goals that take less than 30 minutes to complete. They are worth .5 XP
Medium goals are goals that take 30 minutes to an hour to complete. They are worth 1 XP
Large goals are goals that take more than an hour to complete. They are worth 2 XP

Goals can also be classified by type.

Creative: Goals that allow you to create something.
Exercise: Goals that build your body.
Adventure: Goals that encourage you to do something new and interesting.
Social: Goals that further your social life and encourage the development of social skills.
Behavior: Goals that help you stop unwanted behaviors.
Learning: Goals that encourage you to learn something new.

If I need to add anything to this list, let me know.

Peace,
